The Villas

Both villas are situated in Coral Bay Area in Paphos- Cyprus. Each villa has an area of approximately 140m². The villas each have their own swimming pool (approx. 4m x 8m) and are accompanied with sun loungers, a barbecue site and all the equipment required.

The villas have fully covered parking with more than enough space for one car, which proves very useful in summer as it keeps your car cool and safe from the sun.

The villas are fully furnished with an open plan lounge, dining room including television with satellite TV channels and fully fitted kitchen which includes oven/hob/, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher.

The Bedrooms

Beds for six people are available in three separate rooms respectively.

The master bedroom features an en-suite deluxe bathroom.

Each of the two other bedrooms have their own en-suite shower and washing convenience. All rooms include sufficient wardrobe space and are fully air-conditioned (cool & heat).

The Swimming Pools

Luxury swimming pool (approx. 4m x 8m) with mosaic tile finish and dolphin mosaic at the bottom of the pool.

The pool is divided into to two levels, one end has a suitable depth for children of 0,70cm, while the other has a more suitable depth for adults of 1,70cm.

There is also six sun beds and a table for six with an umbrella to shade you from the sun on those really sunny  days.

The Safety of the Villas

- First aid kit
- Fire extinguisher (Co2) + fire blanket
- The deepest water of the pool is 1,70m for safety reasons (family size)
- Life ring for the swimming pool

- Iron with ironing board
- Baby high-chair
- Baby cot

Linen
- Linen and towels are provided once a week.

Dining Room: Consists of a large table and accommodates six.

Living Room: Consists of three sofas (one three-seat, one two-seat and one one-seat).

Entertainment: A TV is provided along with a satellite system showing International channels as well as local TV channels.

Local Activities

The villas are ideally situated a mere five minute drive not only from the best beach in Paphos, but one of the most beautiful beaches on the entire island, Coral Bay. It boasts sandy shores and crystal clear waters and is a winner of a blue flag. Not only can you have a wonderful time swimming but there are also several other activities to keep you busy such as water sports.
You may also want to take up cycling or even walking while taking in the beautiful scenery, enjoy a game of golf or a romantic dinner out. There are also many local boat cruises that are fun for all the family. Never a dull moment when there are so many wonderful things to experience.

The Location

Both villas are situated in the village of Pegeia in Cyprus. The region of which the villas are situated on is on the south west part of the island offering unspoiled landscapes, forests, and exceptional panoramic sea and mountain views.

Cyprus is the third largest island in the Mediterranean and known as the island with a big heart as the Cypriots have a knack of making visitors fill instantly like home. The high standard of service that Cyprus offers ensures that visitors return to this beautiful island again and again. Tracing its history back over 9000 years and being chosen island of the Greek mythical gods and goddesses it’s no wonder Cyprus has developed such a unique character. Discover golden sun kissed beaches and rugged coastlines in contrast to the cool pine clad forest of the Troodos Mountains.

The wild landscape of the Akamas peninsula in the west has remained largely unspoiled. To the north, Polis offers candlelit taverns and presents an image of modest prosperity. Head west from Polis to the so-called baths of Aphrodite, where it is said that the goddess fell in love with Akamas.

Paphos offers possibly the best beaches on the island, including water parks, wide selection of both local and international cuisine and golfing facilities.

The enviable year round climate produces a rich variety of fruit and vegetables. The wide selection of local wines offers excellent value, and Cyprus unique aperitif “zivania” is very good. Above all, try meat meze, kleftiko cooked in the traditional village oven and fish meze literally a mixture of the day’s catch. The perfect way to sample Cypriot cuisine.

Pegeia is a village with is beautiful stone-paved village square and picturesque fountains. Life here is about as traditional as it gets!  The distance from Paphos International Airport to Coral Bay area-Pegeia is 25 km (approx. 25 minutes drive) and from Paphos downtown to Pegeia village is 10 - 15 minutes by car.
